Shfa now publishes product documentation and customer-facing release notes alongside existing support, status, privacy, and terms resources.
- Added a public documentation hub for product usage, account access, dashboards, insights, automations, integrations, and support.
- Added a public changelog so customers and auditors can review recent customer-facing product updates.
- Linked public trust and support resources together for easier customer access.

Application database audit logging
Shfa added sanitized application-level database audit logs to improve operational traceability without retaining sensitive database row contents.
- Database operations now emit structured audit metadata with request correlation, tenant context, resource, status, duration, and row counts.
- Sensitive values such as tokens, Supabase keys, raw row data, request bodies, and full SQL text are intentionally excluded.
- Audit events are written to application logs for review through the production logging provider.
