Dashboards organize financial, operational, and property metrics into reusable views. Use filters and drilldowns to inspect metric details, supporting rows, and period-specific trends.
Insights lets authorized users ask business questions and receive analysis based on approved tenant data sources. Responses may include supporting tables, charts, or proof workbook exports when available.
Automations monitor recurring workflows such as operational reports, payment reviews, and exception notifications. Each automation page shows the available summary, data, and agentic work views for that workflow.
Shfa connects to customer-approved source systems and synchronizes data into tenant-isolated datasets. Integration issues should be reported with the tenant name, affected source, timestamp, and expected result.
Access is managed through authenticated user accounts and tenant assignment. Contact support for invitations, account changes, role updates, or suspected unauthorized access.
Use the public support channel and include severity, tenant, screenshots, timestamps, and affected workflow.
The public status page lists current service component status, recent incidents, and scheduled maintenance.
Customer-facing release notes are published in the public changelog.
Shfa is built around tenant-scoped access. Authenticated users are associated with a tenant, and backend services enforce tenant context for application workflows.
